2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ALTN is a social platform that allows users to:
- Create profiles and communities
- Publish content
- Interact with other users
- Exchange messages
- Share media files
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1. To use the service you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Not share access with third parties
3.2. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
4. CONDUCT RULES
Prohibited activities:
- Publishing illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Distributing spam
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Using automated means to collect data
- Impersonating others
5. CONTENT RIGHTS
5.1. You retain rights to content you publish on the platform.
5.2. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display it.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these Terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damage resulting from use of the platform.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
